Based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Lisa is a graduate from Whitehall High School and earned her Bachelor's degree in Health Science from Grand Valley State University where she ran Track and Cross Country. She then attended the University of Michigan (Flint campus) where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has developed a passion for treating a variety of orthopedic and women's health conditions over the last 18 years.
Lisa believes strongly in developing a personal connection with everyone she comes into contact with. She has experience working in outpatient orthopedic clinics, senior living facilities, and home health care which has given her a wide range of clinical experience. She also received her certification as a Functional Nutrition Informed Professional (CFNIP) which will allow her to help patients towards their overall health goals. As a movement specialist and treatment focus towards Applied Functional Science, she has a continued desire to learn and progress professionally, and make sure her patients are advancing and progressing toward their goals in therapy as well.
